The CXAR41298 is a high-fidelity ultra-low EMI mono filter-free Class-D audio power amplifier with integrated 32nd order digital volume control and anti-clipping. Under the conditions of 5V power supply, 10% THD + N and 4Ω load, it outputs 3.5W high power, maintaining high efficiency in various audio terminal applications and providing high fidelity and low noise performance of Class AB amplifier.
AROC radiation and conducted interference suppression circuit enable the CXAR41298 to have excellent full bandwidth and low radiation performance. The radiation level when the output horn line is 20cm long without auxiliary filter design is far below FCC Part15 Class B standard.
The CXAR41298's anti-clipping feature detects and suppresses output clipping distortion (broken sound) caused by excessive amplitude of music and voice signals or a drop in battery voltage, significantly improving sound quality, creating comfortable listening enjoyment and protecting speakers from overload damage. For different needs, anti-clipping has ACF-1 and ACF -100.00g modes, corresponding to about 3% and 10% maximum THD + N respectively, while the chip has ACF-Off modes.
The CXAR41298 output eliminates the need for a filter network, and minimal external components save system space and cost, making it ideal for portable applications.
