CXAR41287 is a stereo class D and class AB audio power amplifier. In Class D mode, VDD = 9.0V, THD + N = 10%, 4Ω load, 1kHz signal conditions, it can continuously output 2 × 10.9W power. The CXAR41287 has an arbitrarily configurable clipping (Limiter) function. After the limiter function is turned on, even if the input signal is large, the music output can be limited to the specified power and THD + N to meet the needs of different sound quality experiences and protection speakers.
The CXAR41287 also has an automatic temperature limit control (TFB) function. When the temperature in the chip is high due to high power output, high ambient temperature, low efficiency in Class AB mode, etc., the chip can automatically reduce the system gain, prevent the chip from entering the over-temperature shutdown protection mode, and significantly improve the peak power of music on the premise of ensuring the quality of music.
In addition, the CXAR41287's internal integrated filter-free modulation technology can directly drive the speaker. The built-in shutdown function minimizes the standby current.
