CXSD62646 is a 1A high efficiency switching buck converter. When the load current drops to the microampere range, the quiescent current of the nanoampere level provides extremely high efficiency. In the case of a minimum input voltage as low as 2V, the CXSD62646 allows the system to be straight.

CXSD62646 is a 1A high efficiency switching buck converter. When the load current drops to the microampere range, the quiescent current of the nanoampere level provides extremely high efficiency. With a minimum input voltage as low as 2V, the CXSD62646 allows the system to be powered directly from the battery. The COT control scheme provides fast transient response, high light load efficiency and smaller capacitance requirements.
