CXSD62647 is a current-mode monolithic step-down switching regulator. The input range is 2.7V to 6.0V, provides 1.4A of continuous output current, and integrates P-channel and N-channel MOSFETs. The internal synchronous power switch provides high efficiency. At light loads, the regulator operates at a low frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. CXSD62647 guarantee stability through hiccup output short circuit protection, FB short circuit protection, input undervoltage lockout and hot swap, and thermal protection. Available in SOT23-5L, DFN1616-6L and DFN2 * 2-6L packages, the CXSD62647 provides a compact solution with fewer external components.
