CXLB73181 is a single lithium battery charging management chip that can be powered by solar panels. The device includes a power transistor inside, and does not require an external current sense resistor and blocking diode when applied. The internal charging current adaptive module can automatically adjust the charging current according to the current output capacity of the input power supply. Users do not need to consider the worst case and can make maximum use of the current output capacity of the input power supply. It is very suitable for lithium battery charging applications powered by limited power supplies such as solar panels. CXLB73181 require very few peripheral components and are well suited for portable applications. The thermal modulation circuit can control the chip temperature within a safe range when the power consumption of the device is relatively large or the ambient temperature is relatively high. The internal fixed constant voltage charging voltage is 4.2V, which can also be adjusted upward through an external resistor. The charging current is set by an external resistor. When the input voltage is powered down, the CXLB73181 automatically enters a low-power sleep mode, at which time the battery current consumption is less than 3 microamps. Other features include low input voltage latch, automatic recharge, battery temperature monitoring, and state of charge/end of charge indication

CXLB73181 is a single lithium battery charging management chip that can be powered by solar panels.
