CXSD62631 is a CMOS voltage reducing DC/DC adjuster composed of reference voltage source, oscillation circuit, comparator, PWM/PFM control circuit, etc. Using PWM/PFM automatic switching control circuit to achieve adjustable duty cycle, with low ripple in full input voltage range (CXSD62631A:2.5V ~ 6V,CXSD62631B:1.8V ~ 6V), features such as high efficiency and large output current. There are two kinds of feedback voltage in CXSD62631, of which XT3407A is 0.6V feedback voltage and CXSD62631B is 0.8V feedback voltage. CXSD62631 built-in power MOSFETs, which use many protection circuits such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, and short circuit, will be automatically disconnected when the control value is exceeded to protect the chip.
