CXSD62630 is a CMOS voltage reducing DC/DC adjuster composed of reference voltage source, oscillation circuit, comparator, PWM/PFM control circuit, etc. Using PWM/PFM automatic switching control circuit to achieve adjustable duty cycle, it has the characteristics of low ripple, high efficiency and large output current in full input voltage range l (1.8-5.5V). CXSD62630 built-in power MOSFETs, which use many protection circuits such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, and short circuit, will be automatically disconnected when the control value is exceeded to protect the chip. This product combines the characteristics of micro packaging and low current consumption, and is most suitable for use in the power supply of mobile devices.
