CXSU 63296 is a simple and easy-to-use PFM mode boost DC-DC conversion control integrated circuit, particularly suitable for low-cost, miniaturized applications. The input voltage range is 2.7V to 6.5V, and the output voltage is fixed at 5V with an accuracy of ± 1%. CXSU63296 operates with a current of only 32 microamperes at an input voltage of 5V, making it highly suitable for battery powered applications. CXSU63296 adopts PFM working mode, which can achieve good conversion efficiency in a wide range of input voltage and output current. The conduction time and turn off time of off chip N-channel MOSFETs have also been fully optimized, making them very suitable for miniaturization of inductors and filtering capacitors.
