PFM mode boost DC conversion control integrated circuit CXSU63298 output power 35W

CXSU63298 is a simple and easy-to-use PFM mode boost DC-DC conversion control integrated circuit, particularly suitable for low-cost, miniaturized applications. The input voltage range is 2.7V to 6.5V, and the output voltage is set through an external feedback resistor. The feedback voltage accuracy of the FB pin is ± 1%. CXSU63298 operates with a current of only 32 microamperes when the input voltage is 3.7V, making it very suitable for battery powered applications. CXSU63298 adopts PFM working mode, which can achieve high conversion efficiency in a wide range of input voltage and load current. The conduction time and turn off time of off chip N-channel MOSFETs have also been fully optimized, making them very suitable for miniaturization of inductors and filtering capacitors. The chip enables the input terminal to put CXSU63298 into an extremely low-power shutdown mode. CXSU63298 adopts the SOT-23 package with 6 pins.
