CXSU63294 is a low-noise, 300kHz frequency charge pump DC/DC converter. In the case of an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.0V, the device can generate an output voltage of 5V with a maximum output current of 300mA. CXSU63294 few external components, it is very suitable for small, battery-powered applications. When the output is no-load or the output current is small, the CXSU63294 charge pump structure reduces the switching frequency and reduces the interference of the switching harmonics to the surrounding devices. The CXSU63294 has an overheat protection function and can withstand continuous output short circuit to ground.

CXSU63294 is a low-noise, 300kHz frequency charge pump DC/DC converter. In the case of an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.0V, the device can generate an output voltage of 5V with a maximum output current of 300mA.
