CXSU63293 is a low-noise, fixed-frequency charge-pump DC/DC converter. Under the condition of an input voltage range of 2.1V to 5.0V, the device can produce a maximum output voltage of 5.0V, with a maximum output current of 230mA CXSU63293 and few external components. It is very suitable for small, battery-powered applications. The CXSU63293 charge pump structure can maintain a fixed switching frequency to zero load, reducing the output and input voltage ripple. The CXSU63293 has an overheat protection function and can withstand continuous output short circuit to ground.

CXSU63293 is a low-noise, fixed-frequency charge-pump DC/DC converter. Under the condition of an input voltage range of 2.1V to 5.0V, the device can produce a maximum output voltage of 5.0V, with a maximum output current of 230mA CXSU63293 and few external components. It is very suitable for small, battery-powered applications. The CXSU63293 charge pump structure can maintain a fixed switching frequency to zero load, reducing the output and input voltage ripple. The CXSU63293 has an overheat protection function and can withstand continuous output short circuit to ground.
