CXHA31117 is an innovative linear Hall sensor designed for harsh industrial environments. It adopts an advanced proportional output architecture, and its output voltage accurately corresponds to the dual linear changes of power supply voltage and magnetic field strength. By default, the device outputs 50% of the Median power supply voltage when there is no magnetic field, showing excellent stability under the wide operating voltage of 3V-8V, and the ultimate withstand voltage capacity is as high as 50V. Core parameter 1.7mV/Gs sensitivity with ± 5% high linearity, combined with-40℃ to 125℃ wide temperature range compensation technology, to ensure the measurement accuracy under extreme temperature fluctuations.m1d嘉泰姆

The product integrates high-precision current source and temperature equalizing circuit, and adopts innovative Hall array structure and intelligent drive module to suppress voltage fluctuation within the full temperature range by ± 0.5%. With Class3B-Level ESD protection (HBM) and built-in noise suppression technology, clean signal output can be obtained without external filter capacitor, which is especially suitable for industrial scenarios with complex electromagnetic environment.m1d嘉泰姆
