The CXHA31116 high-performance linear Hall sensor is designed for harsh environments and integrates wide voltage adaptability and industrial temperature stability to provide accurate magnetic field detection solutions for consumer electronics and industrial automation. The output voltage varies linearly with the power supply voltage and magnetic field strength. The reference voltage accurately locks 50% of the power supply voltage without magnetic field, the typical working voltage is 5.0V, and the ultimate withstand voltage reaches 50V, the sensitivity is stable to 2.3mV/Gs and supports an ultra-wide temperature range of-40 ℃ to 125 ℃ to meet the requirements of complex working conditions.Buj嘉泰姆
