CXHA31118 is a linear Hall sensor designed for harsh industrial environments. It adopts a proportional voltage output architecture, and its output voltage has a precise linear relationship with power supply voltage and magnetic field strength. The default value is 50% of the reference value of the output power supply voltage when there is no magnetic field. It supports wide power supply from 3V to 8V (ultimate withstand voltage 50V) with a sensitivity of 1.6mV/Gs, combined with the compensation technology of-40℃ ~ 125℃, the linear accuracy of ± 5% in extreme environment is ensured.1Ci嘉泰姆

The device integrates high-precision current source, temperature compensation module and Hall array. Through the cooperative design of multi-stage amplification circuit and driver module, it can suppress the voltage fluctuation of 0.05% Vdd in the full temperature range. Built-in Class3B-level HBM ESD protection (± 8kV) and dynamic noise cancellation technology can output clean signals without external filter capacitor, and still maintain stable detection performance in strong electromagnetic interference scenarios.1Ci嘉泰姆
