CXLB73220 is a perfect monolithic Li-ion battery constant current/constant voltage linear power management chip. Its thin size and small outer packaging make it suitable for portable product applications. What's more worth mentioning is that CXLB73220 specifically designed the power supply specifications for USB. Thanks to the internal MOSFET structure, external resistors and blocking diodes are not required in the application. The charging voltage is limited to 4.2V and the charging current is regulated by an external resistor. After reaching the target charging voltage, when the charging current is reduced to 1/10 of the set value
The CXLB73220 will automatically end the charging process. When the input terminal (plug or USB power supply) is unplugged, the CXLB73220 will automatically enter a low current state, and the battery leakage current will drop below 1μA. The CXLB73220 can also be set to a stop working state,
Reduce the power supply current to 40 μA. The CXLB73220 has a built-in battery reverse connection protection circuit to ensure that the chip automatically enters the protection state when the battery is reversed, and to ensure that the IC is not broken down and the battery self-discharge causes an accident. The CXLB73220 has an external enable port. When the enable port is connected to GND, the chip stops working, and when the enable port is connected to a high level, the chip is charged normally. CXLB73220 is a perfect monolithic Li-ion battery constant current/constant voltage linear power management chip. Its thin size and small outer packaging make it suitable for portable product applications. What's more worth mentioning is that CXLB73220 specifically designed power supply specifications for USB.
