At the peripheral temperature, thermal feedback can control the charging current to reduce the chip temperature. The charging voltage is limited to 4.2V and the charging current is fixed to 500mA. After reaching the target charging voltage, when the charging current drops to 1/10 of the set value, CXLB73203 will automatically end the charging process. When the input terminal (plug or USB power supply) is unplugged, CXLB73203 automatically enters the low current state, and the battery leakage current will drop below 2μA. CXLB73203 can also be set to stop working state to reduce the power supply current to 25μa. CXLB73203 built-in battery reverse connection protection circuit ensures that the chip automatically enters the protection state when the battery is connected reverse to ensure that the IC is not broken down and causes accidents caused by battery self-discharge.
