The CXLC89102 DC-DC converter provides six regulated voltages required by thin-film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal displays (LCD) panels. All output voltages are programmable. The VIO and VCORE buck converters are for the T-CON. The VAVDD boost converter and VHAVDD buck converters are for the source driver and Gamma buffer. Charge pump VGH and VGL are for the gate driver or level shifter. VGH voltage is with temperature compensation for the Gate in Panel (GIP) technology. Also, a high voltage stress (HVS) mode for the VAVDD and a VAVDD isolation switch is integrated. CXLC89102 offers high current capabilities, and is ideal for large screen LCD monitors panels and TV applications with 12V supply voltage.

The CXLC89102 DC-DC converter provides six regulated voltages required by thin-film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal displays (LCD) panels. All output voltages are programmable. The VIO and VCORE buck converters are for the T-CON. The VAVDD boost converter and VHAVDD buck converters are for the source driver and Gamma buffer. Charge pump VGH and VGL are for the gate driver or level shifter. VGH voltage is with temperature compensation for the Gate in Panel (GIP) technology. Also, a high voltage stress (HVS) mode for the VAVDD and a VAVDD isolation switch is integrated. CXLC89102 offers high current capabilities, and is ideal for large screen LCD monitors panels and TV applications with 12V supply voltage.
