The CXLC8LD128 is an 8-bit single chip micro-controller, it is one of燙XLC8爏eries products. Its memory capacity includes 144 Bytes SRAM, 4K *13 bits ROM. Other features include timer RTC, timer TCC, three groups I/O Port (P1.0~P1.7, P3.0~P3.3, P4.0~P4.7), a resistor to frequency converter (RFC), a programmable sound generator (PJTMS) and a LCD module are built in the chip. The LCD module is capable of driving up to 32 segments and up to 4 commons and it supports 1/2 bias and 1/3 bias.
