The CXAC431A CXAC431B series ICs are three-terminal adjustable shunt regulators with guaranteed thermal stability over a full operation range. These ICs feature sharp turn-on characteristics, low temperature coefficient and low output impedance, which make them ideal substitutes for Zener diodes in applications such as switching power supply, charger and other adjustable regulators. The CXAC431A voltage type is 40V. The output voltage can be set to any value between VREF(2.5V) and the corresponding maximum cathode voltage. CXAC8520A CXAC8520B CXAC8520C CXAC8521-5 is a highly integrated solution for a constant voltage/constant current mode SMPS application. The CXAC8520A CXAC8520B CXAC8520C CXAC8521-5 contains one 1.21V voltage reference with ±1% accuracy, one current sensing circuit and two operational amplifiers. Combining the voltage reference with one operational amplifier makes CXAC8520A CXAC8520B CXAC8520C CXAC8521-5 an ideal voltage controller for use in adapters and battery chargers.
