CXSU63279 is a CMOS process boost converter, the internal integration of 60mΩ,7A power switch. The CXSU63279 has an input voltage range of 2.5V to 8.5V to support applications with single or two-cell lithium batteries. The device has a 7A switching current capability and can provide an output voltage of up to 9V. The CXSU63279 has an externally adjustable current limiting protection function, which can not only protect the chip from overcurrent, but also effectively prevent the battery from being pulled to death. The CXSU63279 peripheral is simplified, the SOP8L-PP package is adopted, the use and test are simple, and it provides an efficient small-size solution for portable systems.
