CXSD62663 is a high-frequency synchronous buck DC-DC converter designed for harsh environments. It adopts a fixed switching frequency of 200kHz, supports an ultra-wide input voltage of 5-45V, outputs an adjustable voltage of 1.25-40V, and has a maximum continuous current of 3A, the output power is 15W and the efficiency reaches 94%.
