CXSD62659 is a high-reliability synchronous buck DC-DC converter designed for industrial and automotive electronic equipment. 150kHz fixed switching frequency, support 5-36V wide input voltage, output 1.25-30v adjustable voltage, maximum continuous current 2.5A, output power 10W, efficiency up to 95%. Integrated EN pin TTL switch-off function and full compensation module, reduce 35% peripheral components, adapt to compact PCB layout, significantly reduce system cost and space occupation, and meet the power supply requirements in harsh environments.
