The CXSD62638 is a CMOS step-down DC/DC regulator composed of a reference voltage source, an oscillation circuit, a comparator, and a PWM/PFM control circuit. The PWM/PFM automatic switching control circuit is used to achieve adjustable duty cycle, which has the characteristics of low ripple, high efficiency and large output current in the whole input voltage range. The built-in power MOSFET integrates many protection circuits such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, short circuit, etc., and will automatically disconnect when the control value is exceeded to protect the chip. This product combines the characteristics of miniature packaging and low current consumption, and is most suitable for use inside the power supply of mobile devices.
