Low Ripple High Efficiency and Fast Transient Response COT Architecture DC-DC Buck Converter CXSD62633

CXSD62633 is a CMOS step-down DC/DC regulator composed of a reference voltage source, an oscillator circuit, a comparator, and a COT architecture control circuit. Adjustable duty cycle is achieved by using COT (fixed on time) control circuit, which has the characteristics of low ripple, high efficiency and fast transient response in the whole input voltage range. The CXSD62633 has built-in power MOSFET, which integrates many protection circuits such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, short circuit, etc., and will automatically disconnect when the control value is exceeded to protect the chip. This product combines the characteristics of miniature packaging and low current consumption, and is most suitable for use inside the power supply of mobile devices.

CXSD62633 is a CMOS step-down DC/DC regulator composed of a reference voltage source, an oscillator circuit, a comparator, and a COT architecture control circuit.
