3.5A Micro High Efficiency Booster DC/DC Voltage Regulator CXSU63291 Soft Start Protection Circuit Automatic PWM/PFM Switching Mode

CXSU63291 is a miniature, high efficiency, step-up DC/DC regulator. The circuit consists of current mode PWM control loop, error amplifier, slope compensation circuit, comparator and power switch. The chip can work efficiently and stably in a wide load range, with a 3.5A power switch and soft start protection circuit. Up to 93% conversion efficiency can effectively extend battery life. The output voltage can be set by adjusting the two applied resistors.

CXSU63291 is a miniature, high efficiency, step-up DC/DC regulator. The circuit consists of current mode PWM control loop, error amplifier, slope compensation circuit, comparator and power switch.
