Cxld6438 series is a low-voltage differential and high-precision transmission developed by CMOS technology

Because of the built-in low-pass resistance transistor, the differential pressure is low and the output current can be larger. In order to make the load current not exceed the current capacity of the output transistor, overload current protection circuit and short circuit protection circuit are built in. 一,产品概述(General Description)         x4t嘉泰姆
        CXLD6438系列是使用CMOS技术开发的低压差,高精度输x4t嘉泰姆
出电压,低消耗电流正电压型电压稳压器。由于内置有低通态电x4t嘉泰姆
阻晶体管,因而压差低,能够获得较大的输出电流。为了使负载x4t嘉泰姆
电流不超过输出晶体管的电流容量,内置了过载电流保护电路、短x4t嘉泰姆
路保护电路。因采用SOT-89-3 ,SOT-23-3L,SOT-23-3B等小型x4t嘉泰姆
封装,故可高密度安装。x4t嘉泰姆

可选择输出电压: 可以在1.2~5.0V的范围内选择,并以0.1 V 为单位进级x4t嘉泰姆
输出电压精度高: 精度可达±1.0%或±2.0% x4t嘉泰姆
低静态功耗: 8μA(TYP.) x4t嘉泰姆
输入输出压差低: 典型值160 mV (输出为3.0V的产品, IOUT=50mA时) x4t嘉泰姆
输出电流大: 可输出250mA(VIN≥VOUT+1v) x4t嘉泰姆
内置保护: 内置过流保护和短路保护电路 x4t嘉泰姆
