Cxld6440 series is a high-speed, low-voltage differential, high-precision output voltage, low consumption current positive voltage voltage regulator developed by CMOS technology. Because of the built-in low-pass resistance transistor, the differential pressure is low and the output current can be larger. External output feedback can easily get the voltage required by customers.
In order to make the load current not exceed the output transistor current capacity, built-in over-current protection, over temperature protection and short-circuit protection functions. Cxld6440 can have power good indication function. When FB voltage reaches 0.75V
When, the PG output is high. When FB drops below 0.7V, PG output is low. The internal operational amplifier adopts the advanced structure, and the output capacitance can be omitted
