   The CXSD6118 SwitchReg is a 1.5MHz constant fre-quency current mode PWM G9S嘉泰姆

step-down converter. It is ideal for portable equipment requiring very high current upG9S嘉泰姆

 to 2A from single-cell Lithium-ion batteries while still achieving over 90% efficiency G9S嘉泰姆

during peak load condi-tions. The CXSD6118 also can run at 100% duty cycle for lowG9S嘉泰姆

 dropout operation, extending battery life in portable systems while light load operation G9S嘉泰姆

provides very low output ripple for noise sensitive applications.The CXSD6118 can supply G9S嘉泰姆

up to 2A output load current from a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage and the output voltage G9S嘉泰姆

can be regulated as low as 0.6V. The high switching fre-quency minimizes the size of G9S嘉泰姆

external components while keeping switching losses low. The internal slope compen-sationG9S嘉泰姆

 setting allows the device to operate with smaller inductor values to optimize  size andG9S嘉泰姆

 provide efficient operation.G9S嘉泰姆

       The CXSD6118 is available with adjustable (0.6V to VIN) output voltage G9S嘉泰姆
