Cxsd62603 is a wide voltage input, high efficiency step-down converter, which can work in constant voltage output or constant current output mode, and the output current can be as high as 3.5A at the switch frequency of 125kHz. Constant current output control can be realized without series sampling resistor in the main current loop. Integrated with adaptive gate driver, it can achieve good EMI performance without adding any additional EMI devices when realizing high efficiency conversion. It passes the B-level EMC standard. The integrated protection includes cycle by cycle current limitation, over temperature shutdown and short circuit frequency turn back. The chip is packaged with esop8, and there are few peripheral devices needed.
