CXSD62659 is a high reliability synchronous buck DC-DC converter designed specifically for industrial and automotive electronic devices. Adopting a fixed switching frequency of 150KHz, supporting a wide input voltage of 5-36V, with an adjustable output voltage of 1.25-30V, a maximum continuous current of 2.5A, an output power of 10W, and an efficiency of up to 95%. Integrating EN pin TTL switch function and full compensation module, reducing peripheral components by 35%, adapting to compact PCB layout, significantly reducing system cost and space occupation, and meeting power supply requirements in harsh environments.
