CXSD62614 is a current mode single chip step-down voltage converter. The input range is 3.8V-24V, which can provide 2A continuous output current and two integrated N-channel MOSFETs. At light loads, the regulator operates at a low frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. Stability is guaranteed by short circuit protection, thermal protection, current runaway protection and input undervoltage lockout. Using 6-pin SOT23 package, providing a simple and compact solution for external components 1. Working input range of 3.8V to 24V 2A output current efficiency up to 95% light load efficiency is high (> 80%) fixed 1.4MHz switching frequency input under-voltage lockout start current runaway protection overcurrent protection thermal protection

The CXSD62614 is a current mode monolithic buck voltage converter. Operating with an input range of 3.8V-24V, the CXSD62614 delivers 2A of continuous output current with two integrated N-Channel MOSFETs. At light loads, regulators operate in low frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. The CXSD62614 guarantees robustness with short circuit protection, thermal protection, current run-away protection, and input under voltage lockout.
