Cxsu6398 is a current mode controlled synchronous step-down converter with fixed working frequency and built-in PFM function. When the chip is light loaded, it enters the PFM working mode. At this time, the working current is only 20ua, while when it is turned off, it only consumes 1uA. This device is an ideal solution for the application of lithium battery power supply system and small size circuit board. This device has a built-in switch, so it does not need external continuous current diode. In addition, it has a frequency of 1.5MHz, which can make the layout area of the external PCB very small.
The cxsu6398 has 4 output versions: 1.2V, 1.8V, 3.3V and adjustable output. Among them, the output adjustable products have a wide range of voltage output capability from 0.6 to VIN. The package of this product is a very small sot23-5l.

一.产品概述
CXSU6398是一款具有固定工作频率并且内置PFM功能的电流模式控制的的同步降压转换芯片。该芯片轻载时候进入PFM工作模式，此时工作电流只有20uA，而当它关机时只消耗1uA。这个器件对于锂电池供电系统和小尺寸电路板的应用来说是理想的解决方案。这个器件具有内置的开关，因此不需要外部的续流二极管，另外还具有1.5MHZ的频率可以使外部的pcb的布局面积很小。
