Cxsu6397 is a synchronous step-down converter with fixed frequency current mode control. Its working current is only 130ua, and when it is turned off, it only consumes 1uA. Cxsu6397 is an ideal solution for the application of lithium battery power supply system and small size circuit board. The device has a built-in switch, so no external continuous current diode is needed. In addition, the device has a frequency of 1.5MHz, which can make the layout area of the external PCB very small.
The cxsu6397 has 4 output versions: 1.2V, 1.8V, 3.3V and adjustable output. Among them, the output adjustable products have a wide range of voltage output capability from 0.6V to VIN. The package of this product is a very small sot23-5l

一.产品概述
CXSU6397是一款具有固定工作频率的电流模式控制的的同步降压转换芯片。它的工作电流只有130uA，而当它关机时只消耗1uA。CXSU6397对于锂电池供电系统和小尺寸电路板的应用来说是理想的解决方案。器件具有内置的开关，因此不需要外部的续流二极管，另外还具有1.5MHZ的频率可以使外部的pcb的布局面积很小。
CXSU6397具有1.2V，1.8V，3.3V和输出可调等4种输出版本的产品。其中输出可调的产品具有从0.6V到Vin的宽范围电压输出能力。这个产品的封装是很小的SOT23-5L。
