CXPS4261 is a 68mΩ (typical) low resistance MOSFET switch with slope control function, designed to insert between power supply and load, to isolate and protect the circuit from abnormal voltage and current conditions. CXPS4261 has the slope opening control function, which can prevent the input voltage from being too high or the battery voltage from falling due to excessive inrush current. CXPS4261 also has a variety of other protection functions, such as output overvoltage protection, input undervoltage protection, overcurrent (with fault signs) protection, and overheating protection. CXPS4261 can operate in a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, and can block OUT pin voltage up to 28V in the off state. CE input is valid for high level, including resistance pull-down function.
