Cxus7703db is a power switch circuit with only 50m Ω on internal resistance and applied to USB power supply. The built-in charge pump boosts the voltage to drive the NMOS power transistor. When it is in the off state, the reverse conduction current of the switch is eliminated by the parasitic reverse body diode. Low static power consumption (23 μ a) and small package (sot-23-5) are especially suitable for battery powered portable devices. The protection circuit includes the soft start circuit to prevent the inrush current during power on. The 1.5A over-current protection circuit is necessary for USB power supply. The built-in thermal shutdown protection circuit and short-circuit protection circuit are also included.
