CXEP33118 is a composite chip of linear charge management and MOS, built-in a monolithic lithium ion battery constant current/constant voltage linear 500mA power management chip and a NMOS. The chip is packaged with SOT23-6L; The charging voltage of built-in linear charging management is limited to 4.2V, and the charging current is fixed to 500mA;CXEP33118 built-in temperature protection and current limiting protection circuit can ensure system reliability.
