CXEP33117 is a three-way CMOS buck DC/DC regulator consisting of a reference voltage source, oscillation circuit, comparator, PWM control circuit, etc. It has the characteristics of low ripple, high efficiency, and large output current over the entire input voltage range. The CXEP33117 has a built-in power MOSFET and integrates various protection circuits such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, and short circuit. When the control value is exceeded, it will automatically disconnect to protect the chip. This product combines the characteristics of micro packaging and low current consumption, making it the most suitable for use inside the power supply of mobile devices.
