CXHA31101 is a latch type Hall switch sensor designed specifically for harsh industrial and automotive environments, supporting a wide operating voltage range of 3.3V~45V, with a high withstand voltage capability of 50V and a load driving characteristic of 40mA. It integrates temperature compensation module and Hall array, maintaining high-precision magnetic field sensitivity (working point ± 100Gs) in a wide temperature range of -40 ℃~150 ℃, and meets the high reliability requirements of automotive electronics, industrial control and other scenarios through Class3B ESD protection (>12kV HBM) and power supply anti reverse connection function.
