CXHA31100 is a latching Hall switch sensor designed for harsh environments. It supports a wide operating voltage of 3.3V to 45V, and has 50V high withstand voltage capability and 40mA load driving characteristics. The temperature compensation module and Hall array are integrated inside to maintain stable magnetic field sensitivity (working point ± 110Gs) within a wide temperature range of-40℃ ~ 150℃, through Class3B ESD protection (>12kV HBM) and power supply anti-reverse connection function, it meets the requirements of high reliability scenarios such as automotive electronics and industrial control.
