CXHA3198 is a latching Hall switch sensor designed for harsh industrial and automotive environments. It supports a wide voltage input of 3.3V to 45V, with a static power consumption of only 2.0mA, providing ± 60Gs high-precision hysteresis response and 40mA driving capability. It adopts SOT23-3 ultra-small package, integrates temperature compensation and HBM ESD Class 3B protection, and is suitable for brushless motor control, industrial valve detection and vehicle-mounted sensing system.
