CXHA3197 is a high-reliability latching Hall switch sensor, which supports a wide voltage input of 3.3V to 45v. The static current is as low as 2.0mA, with ± 60Gs high-precision magnetic field detection and 40mA load driving capability. The chip integrates temperature compensation, anti-reverse connection protection and anti-EMI design, conforms to HBM ESD Class 3B standard, and is suitable for harsh environments such as automotive electronics, industrial control and brushless motor position detection.
