CXLB74213 power supply SOC with integrated lithium battery charge management, synchronous boost converter, battery power management and protection. CXLB742137 is a power supply SOC with integrated lithium battery charge management, synchronous boost converter, battery power management and protection. The complete functional integration of the chip makes the external application components very few, which can greatly reduce the size of the scheme and reduce the cost of BOM. CXLB74213 supports Hall drive to realize cover opening and back connection without adding any other circuit. The CXLB74213 charging current is 0.38A, and the synchronous boost converter supports 0.8A output, enabling high shutdown boost and low boost normally on. If the load current is less than 10mA, the power indicator is turned off. The CXLB74213 has built-in power supply path management, supports the function of charging while discharging, and also provides heavy load and short circuit protection when charging while discharging, thus saving external diodes and effectively preventing external diodes from burning out during heavy load and short circuit.
