Cxlb7308 is a perfect linear power management chip with constant current / voltage for single-chip lithium-ion battery. Its thin size and small outer package make it convenient for portable application. What's more, cxlb7308 is specially designed for USB power supply specifications. Due to the internal MOSFET structure, external resistors and blocking diodes are not needed in application. In high energy operation and high peripheral temperature, thermal feedback can control the charging current to reduce the chip temperature. The charging voltage is limited to 4.2V, and the charging current is regulated by external resistance. After reaching the target charging voltage, when the charging current drops to 1 / 10 of the set value, the cxlb7308 will automatically end the charging process. When the input terminal (plug or USB power supply) is unplugged, the cxlb7308 will automatically enter the low current state, and the battery leakage current will drop below 2 μ a. Cxlb7308 can also be set to stop working state to reduce the power supply current to 2 μ a. Other features include: charging current monitoring, input low-voltage blocking, automatic recharging and charging full and start charging signs.
