Cxlb7309 is a charge management chip that can charge single rechargeable lithium battery and lithium iron phosphate battery at constant current / voltage. The inner part of the device includes a power transistor, and no external current detection resistor and resistance diode are needed in application. Cxlb7309 only needs a few peripheral components, and conforms to the USB bus technical specifications, which is very suitable for the field of portable applications. The thermal modulation circuit can control the chip temperature in a safe range when the power consumption of the device is large or the ambient temperature is high. The internal fixed constant voltage charging voltage is 4.2v/3.65v (corresponding to different battery standards); it can also be adjusted by an external resistance. The charging current is set by an external resistance. When the input voltage (AC adapter or USB power supply) is powered off, lcxlb7309 will automatically enter the sleep mode of low power consumption, and the current consumption of the battery is less than 3 μ a. The built-in anti backflush protection circuit automatically turns off the built-in power MOSFET when the battery voltage is higher than the input voltage. Other functions include low input voltage latch, automatic recharging, temperature protection and charging state / end state indication.
