CXLB73235 is a three-section Ni-MH battery charging management integrated circuit that can be powered by solar energy. The device includes a power transistor inside, which does not require external current detection resistor and blocking diode. The internal charging current adaptive module can automatically adjust the charging current according to the current output capability of the input power supply. Users do not need to consider the worst case, and can make maximum use of the current output capability of the input power supply, it is very suitable for the application of power supply with limited current output capacity such as solar panels.
