Cxlb7285 is a PWM Buck mode dual lithium battery charging management integrated circuit, which independently manages the charging of lithium battery. It has the advantages of small package, few peripheral components and simple use.
The cxlb7285 has constant current and constant voltage charging mode, which is very suitable for lithium battery charging. In the constant voltage charging mode, the cxlb7285 modulates the battery voltage at 8.4v with an accuracy of ?1%; in the constant current charging mode, the charging current is set through an external resistance.
For deep discharge lithium battery, when the battery voltage is lower than 5.6v, cxlb7285 uses 15% of the set constant current charging current to trickle charge the battery. In the constant voltage charging stage, the charging current decreases gradually. When the charging current decreases to the value set by the external resistance, the charging ends. At the end of charging state, if the battery voltage drops to 8V, a new charging cycle will start automatically. When the input power supply is powered down or the input voltage is lower than the battery voltage, the cxlb7285 automatically enters the sleep mode.
Other functions include input low voltage latch, battery temperature monitoring, battery terminal overvoltage protection and charging status indication.

           CXLB7285是PWM降压模式双节锂电池充电管理集成电路,独立对锂电池充电进行自动管理,具有封装外形小,外围元器件少和使 用简单等优点。 

         CXLB7285具有恒流和恒压充电模式,非常适合锂电池的充电。在恒压充电模式,CXLB7285 将电池电压调制在 8.4V,精度为±1%;在 恒流充电模式,充电电流通过一个外部电阻 设置。 

          对于深度放电的锂电池,当电池电压低于5.6V时,CXLB7285用所设置的恒流充电电流 的15%对电池进行涓流充电。在恒压充电阶 段,充电电流逐渐减小,当充电电流降低到 外部电阻所设置的值时,充电结束。在充电 结束状态,如果电池电压下降到8V时,自动 开始新的充电周期。当输入电源掉电或者输 入电压低于电池电压时,CXLB7285自动进入睡眠模式。

         其它功能包括输入低电压锁存,电池温度监 测,电池端过压保护和充电状态指示等。 CXLB7285采用16管脚TSSOP封装。
