The cxlb7280 series is a dual lithium battery charging management chip. The chip includes charge state detection, charge process, temperature detection, etc. a high-precision reference voltage module is also integrated in the chip, which is packaged in sop-8. Cxlb7280 charging includes three modes: pre charging, constant current charging and constant voltage charging. The current during constant current charging is 5 times of precharge current; when the voltage is lower than 6.5, precharge state; when the voltage is higher than 6.5V, enter constant current charging mode, the charging current is 5 times of precharge, and the charging current is set by an external resistance.
