CXLB73195 is a charging circuit that supports multiple types of lithium batteries or lithium iron phosphate batteries. It presets three or four lithium battery charging modes. At the same time, it also supports other output voltage modes adjusted by peripheral voltage divider resistors. It is a step-down switching converter with a fixed frequency of 300KHz, so it has a high charging efficiency and a very small amount of heat.PQe嘉泰姆

The CXLB73195 includes a complete charge termination circuit, automatic recharging and a charging voltage control circuit with an accuracy of ± 1.0%. It integrates various functions such as input low voltage protection, output short circuit protection, chip and battery temperature protection.PQe嘉泰姆

The CXLB73195 adopts TSSOP-14L package, the peripheral application is simple, and it is used as an efficient charger for large-capacity batteriesPQe嘉泰姆
