CXLB73191 is a 5V adapter for three lithium battery synchronous boost charging circuit. It is a synchronous boost converter with fully integrated power MOS devices and 650kHz switching frequency, so it has a charging efficiency of more than 92% and can support a maximum charging current of 1.0A.
The CXLB73191 includes a complete charging termination circuit, automatic recharging and a 12.6V preset charging voltage with an accuracy of ± 1%. The internal integration includes multiple functions such as anti-flooding protection, output short circuit protection, chip and battery temperature protection.
The CXLB73191 can adapt the current supply capacity of the adapter to ensure that the input adapter will not be overloaded, so it is suitable for various DC devices and standard USB charging devices.
The CXLB73191 integrates a 20V power MOSFET. It can withstand voltages up to 20V, and integrates undervoltage and overvoltage protection functions, with high reliability, without additional anti-surge or overvoltage protection devices.
