CXLB73193 charging state dual output 28V high voltage 1A constant current/constant voltage linear lithium ion battery charger USB power supply and adapter power supply internal PMOSFET architecture plus anti-reverse charging circuit

The CXLB73193 is a complete single cell Li-ion battery powered by constant current/constant voltage linear charger. The DFN-8L or ESOP8 package with a heat sink at the bottom and a small number of external components make the CXLB73193 ideal for portable applications. CXLB73193 can work with USB power supply and adapter power supply. Due to the internal PMOSFET architecture, plus the anti-back circuit, there is no need for external isolation diodes. Thermal feedback automatically adjusts the charging current to limit the chip temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature conditions. The charging voltage is fixed at 4.2V, while the charging current can be set externally via a resistor. When the charging current drops to 1/10 of the set value after reaching the final float voltage, the CXLB73193 will automatically terminate the charging cycle. When the input voltage (AC adapter or USB power) is removed, the CXLB73193 automatically enters a low current state, reducing the battery drain current to less than 5uA. It can be placed in shutdown mode CXLB73193 when power is available, reducing the input supply current to 60uA. Other features of the CXLB73193 include battery temperature detection, undervoltage lockout, automatic recharge, and two LED status pins to indicate charging and completion.

The CXLB73193 is a complete single cell Li-ion battery powered by constant current/constant voltage linear charger.
